What courier companies do you use?

We currently use EMS INTERNATIONAL as our courier and we offer a drop-off service within Nicosia and Limassol (Terms and Conditions apply).Any purchases can be also be collected from our three boutique stores, just choose Collect from store at checkout.

What happens if I notice that my personal details are incorrect after I have completed the ordered process?

Slippery fingers? It’s okay, we know it was a mistake. If you realize your personal details are incorrect, hop to it and send an email to our Customer Care team at : customercare@luigilovesluisa.com  and don’t forget to include your order number and we will do everything we can to rectify this mistake. Please send us the corrected details within 12 hours of your purchase so we can alter all information. Anything beyond the time frame given cannot guarantee an alteration to your order.

What happens if I changed my mind about my order?

We do not accept cancellations at any time once the order has been paid for and processed since we work on a fast turnover to deliver to you. However, we do exchanges or give credit notes on all products you are unsatisfied with. The products must be returned in the condition delivered to you, with all the necessary tags and return label attached on the product.

Is it safe to use my credit card online at Luigi Loves Luisa?

We want to ensure you always have a safe and seamless experience online at Luigi Loves Luisa, therefore all orders are processed through a highly secure checkout system provided by JCC. We accept transactions through VISA, Mastercard, American Express or cash/card payments upon arrival in our physical shops.

To make things even easier – we will send you your credit note code (in case of refund request) to your email address so it will never get lost.. Consider this a circle of trust.

Do you gift wrap?

We are going green and hope that that this will have a good impact on our circle of life. We offer eco custom packing options and custom made cards upon request. Feel free to send us an email with all details for your special one at: customercare@luigilovesluisa.com

Do I have to pay customs and import charges?

Please note that delivery outside of the EU and to the above listed countries may be subject to local import taxes, which are buyers responsibility where they apply.

Please note Luigi Loves Luisa does not collect or use US sales tax at this time. Your purchase may be subject to local use tax unless it is exempt from taxation. It is your responsibility as the customer to report any purchases of tangible personal property that have not been taxed by Luigi Loves Luisa and pay use tax on those purchases unless exempt under local State law.

Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?

No, we do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

Do you deliver to hotels?

Yes, we can deliver to your hotel (Only situated in Limassol or Nicosia, Cyprus).

Who is responsible for paying returns postage?

The buyer is responsible for returning the goods back to our warehouse, at their own cost and following the time frame stated above. Items on sale cannot be returned or refunded!

Do I have to sign for delivery?

As Luigi Loves Luisa purchases may be delivered to addresses other than the billing address given by the cardholder, for example as with the case of a gift being purchased and addressed to a friend, as a security precaution, an email and a copy of the invoice will be sent to the cardholder’s registered email address and home address, and we will require a signature upon delivery for all goods shipped.

Can I track my shipment?

It’s easy to track your order by logging in to your account. Alternatively, log on to EMS SERVICE https://www.ems.post/en/global-network/tracking and enter the tracking number that was sent to you via email. Why are shipping restrictions applied to some products?

Due to international trading agreements and regulations, Luigi Loves Luisa must adhere to some specific shipping restrictions.
